1.
Election of Officers will occur every two years. A special election
may be held at any time if agreed to by a 2/3 majority of the
membership present.

Election of officers will be held during the November monthly meeting
of the even year. Newly elected officers shall take office on the
following January 1st. Officers stepping down shall place themselves
at the disposal of the new officers in an advisory capacity,
if necessary.

Elected positions are as follows:
a.
Posse Commander
b.
Treasurer
c.
Board of Directors (3 - 5 members)
4.
In the event that the post of Commander should become vacated, the
Executive Officer will assume the vacated post until the next election.
The new Posse Commander shall appoint his new Executive Officer from
the existing Lieutenants. This appointment must be approved by the
Board of Directors.
